& Terms lk21semi Conditions — Official Platform Usage Rules
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of all lk21semi services. By accessing or using this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms listed below.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using lk21semi services in any form, you expressly confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full and without reservation. If you do not agree to any of the terms stated here, you are required to immediately discontinue use of the platform and not proceed with the registration process.
These terms apply to all users, including unregistered visitors, registered members, and users accessing the service via mobile devices. Continued use of the platform after any changes to these terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes.

2. Service Usage Terms and User Eligibility
To use lk21semi services, users must meet the following requirements without exception:
- Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or have reached the legal gambling age in the jurisdiction where you reside.
- Not be located in a region or country where access to online gambling services is prohibited by law.
- Register an account using a valid and accurate personal identity, and not use another person's identity.
- Hold only one active account per individual. Creating more than one account may result in the closure of all associated accounts without a balance refund.
lk21semi reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time to ensure compliance with the eligibility requirements above. Users who provide false or misleading information may be subject to account suspension or permanent closure.
3. Account Creation, Security, and Responsibility
Each user is fully responsible for the security and confidentiality of their account credentials, including passwords and authentication codes. lk21semi will never ask for your password via email, phone, or text message. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorization, contact the support team immediately through the official channels available.
Users must ensure that the information provided during registration — including full name, email address, and phone number — is accurate and up to date. Any changes to account details must be reported promptly to avoid delays in transaction verification or account recovery in the future.
All activity that occurs under your account is your sole responsibility, unless it can be clearly demonstrated that access was gained by a third party without your knowledge and was reported in a timely manner. lk21semi is not responsible for losses resulting from a user's failure to keep their account secure.
4. Payment Information, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All transactions on the lk21semi platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Users may make deposits using supported local payment methods, including bank transfers from banking institutions operating in Indonesia and officially recognized digital wallets.
Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered under the same name as the lk21semi account. A name mismatch between the account and the payment method may cause transaction delays or rejections. Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method used and the outcome of verification.
lk21semi reserves the right to refuse, delay, or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these terms. Users must comply with all verification requirements requested before a transaction can be processed. Minimum and maximum transaction limits are subject to change at any time and will be communicated through the platform.
5. User Obligations and Prohibited Activities
By using the lk21semi platform, users expressly agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Using bots, automated software, scripts, or other technical methods to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorized manner.
- Manipulating games, colluding with other users, or engaging in any form of cheating.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses, including creating multiple accounts to claim registration incentives more than once.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
- Distributing content that is unlawful, defamatory, or harmful to other users through the platform's communication features.
Violations of the above terms may result in temporary account suspension, permanent account closure, balance freezing, and/or reporting to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law in Indonesia.
6. Account Suspension and Closure Policy
lk21semi reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, if there is strong evidence of a violation of these & Terms and Conditions. Grounds for account closure include but are not limited to: identity fraud, fraudulent activity, use of an account by more than one individual, or a request from a competent legal authority.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a violation are not entitled to a refund of any remaining balance, including bonus balances that have not yet met the minimum wagering requirements. Users who believe their account closure was unwarranted may file an appeal through the official lk21semi support channels, providing relevant supporting evidence.
Users may also voluntarily request account closure at any time. This request must be submitted through the official contact form along with adequate identity verification. Any remaining balance will be processed in accordance with the applicable withdrawal policy, provided there are no unresolved issues on the account.
7. Intellectual Property Rights, Third-Party Links, and Limitation of Liability
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on the lk21semi platform, including but not limited to logos, text, interface designs, graphics, software, and source code, is the exclusive property of lk21semi or the relevant licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from such content without the explicit written permission of lk21semi.

The lk21semi platform may include links or references to third-party services for informational purposes. lk21semi is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to external services is entirely at the user's own risk and responsibility.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, lk21semi is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform's services, including technical disruptions, data loss, or financial losses resulting from betting activity. Users access the platform at their own risk and fully understand the speculative nature of gambling.
Governing Law
These & Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law.
